In a pivotal moment, the event transitions to the Grand Palais after three
years of renovations, strengthening Art Basel’s connection to Paris and its
vibrant cultural scene. The show has been renamed, reinforcing its ties with
the city’s cultural ecosystem. Under the direction of Clément Delépine, the
edition showcased a 27% increase in participating galleries.

French than this. Andouillette,
Beaujolais nouveau, gherkins,
and semi-salted butter make
up the menu. Like nature, this
restaurant abhors a vacuum,
since the tables are practically
glued together, but the
atmosphere is very warm.

Adding a playful element, Art Basel Paris introduces „Oh La La!,“ an
initiative where galleries unveil rarely exhibited, unusual, and thought-
provoking works on select days. The fair extends beyond the Grand
Palais with a free Public Program
at several iconic Parisian sites,
thanks to a collaboration with
the City of Paris and various
cultural institutions.
